Supercreative is committed to protecting its users’ privacy: we want to make your user experience as enjoyable and rewarding as possible and we want you to use our website, and our tools with confidence.

This Privacy Policy is designed to inform our users and our members about how Supercreative ( also through its tools which include but are not limited to instaprice.app), gathers and uses information provided to, or collected by Supercreative and under what circumstances Supercreative will disclose such information.

Please note that this privacy policy may be modified or supplemented at any time by Supercreative, to comply with any legal, regulatory, jurisprudential, or technological developments. In such a case, the date of its update will be clearly identified at the beginning of this policy. These modifications engage the User as soon as they are posted online. It is therefore appropriate that as a user of the Supercreative website and tools, regularly consult this privacy policy to become aware of any changes.

Our Data Processing

In general, you can visit the website and tools of Supercreative without communicating any personal information about you. In any case, you are in no way obliged to transmit this information to Supercreative. However, in case of refusal, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services that you have requested. As such, Supercreative may be required in certain cases to ask you to enter your name, email address, telephone number, company and function (hereinafter your "Personal Information"). By providing this information, you expressly agree that it will be processed by Supercreative for the purposes indicated in point 2 below and for the purposes stated at the end of each form.

Supercreative may process your Personal Information:

for the purpose of providing you with the information or services you have requested (in particular: sending of Newsletters, commercial offers, information guides, product updates and transactional emails)
for the purpose of being able to contact you regarding various events relating to Supercreative or any other communication likely to interest you

Sensitive data: We do not collect any data known as "sensitive". That is, data relating to racial or ethnic origin, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, health or sexual orientation.

Recipients: Only Supercreative is the recipient of your Personal Information. This information, whether in individual or aggregated form, is never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors with which the Supercreative works with. Neither Supercreative, nor any of its subcontractors, sell the personal data of visitors and Users of its Site.

Shelf life: Your Personal Information is kept by Supercreative only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above.

Member management: Supercreative processes your data when we assist you in purchasing your membership, accessing the “get paid” functionalities, joining our networks, and more in general managing your account on one or more of our tools. This processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

Directly from you, we may collect personal information when you sign up for one of our tools or newsletters, communicate with us or input data in your profiles on our tools. This information may include our customers’ (“Members”) personally identifiable information, including but not limited to, our customer’s name, company name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address....

From a third party, Supercreative may collect supplement Member Information with information about a Member that is publicly available or that is made available by third parties through paid subscriptions. For example, if a Member provides the name of the company for whom that Member works, we may obtain information showing the number of employees, number of quotes and payments received, estimated annual turnover for that company, and more. This information is called “Supplementary Information” and, once added to Member Information, is deemed to be Member Information.

Services/Project Creation: When you input information and create a Service or a Project inside instaprice.app, one of Supercreative’s tools, this information may be re-used at the discretion of Supercreative to create new Services and Projects on the platform. The price for the service or project might count towards the computation of the average price displayed to users.

Newsletter: We may collect personal data information when you sign up for our newsletters. In this case, data is processed on the basis of your consent. This information includes your first name, your last name, your email address and your company.

Contact information: When you contact us for any reason, we collect your name, your email address, and your message. Your Data is processed for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by Supercreative to keep a record of that correspondence.

Account creation through the Onboarding flow:

Email: Your email address or Google/Twitter account will be your login to access your private area. In addition to this, your email will allow us to contact you or send you our newsletter if you have expressed the wish to receive it. Indeed, we will send the newsletter to you by email only if you have given us your agreement, for example by subscribing to our newsletter.
Name / Surname, Country, Currency, Website or Portfolio, Profile Photo or Business Logo, Billing Information ( yours and your client’s): This information allows us to know a bit more about you and grants you to access to the talents section of our tool instaprice.app. We use it to be able to send you personalized communications. In the form, not all these fields are required to create a private area. You are free not to fill them if you do not wish.

Business Sectors, Interests and information: This information allows us to ensure you see data that matches the use you make of our platform and website and allows us to create content based on user profiling.

The talents professional matching platform: The business matching platform in our private area and strictly reserved for PRO members of Supercreative’s instaprice tool.

If you are a member of Supercreative’s instaprice tool, you have several options to control the information that would like to be published in the directory and in the business matching module.

You can choose whether or not to appear in the directory as a contact. If you choose no, no mention of you will be published in the directory.

You can choose whether or not to display your email or phone number: you have decided to be visible in the directory but you do not want to be contacted from the business matching module, only your photo, your name and your country will appear as a contact in the directory of members. No contact information will be published, regardless of the user. In this case, you will also not have access to the connection, you will not be able to get contact details from other members.

In case you participate in the business matching: Only your photo, your name, your function, your offers, your skills and biography will appear in the directory contacts. Network members will have access to a contact request button to get your contact information.

Comments and chat: Supercreative’s instaprice and other tools may provide a place for members only to post comments in a private group. Any personally identifiable information you submit may be read, collected, or used by other users of the group, and could result in others sending you unsolicited messages, solicitations or ads. Supercreative is not responsible for the use of any personally identifiable information submitted by you for the purpose of using the comments function or any other chat provided by the Website. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information in these areas. We also remind you that it is forbidden to use rude, defamatory, insulting, racist, obscene, harassing or disrespectful language.

Cookies and connecting data

Supercreative uses cookies: These cookies allow us to personalize content, offer social media features, and analyze our traffic.

Clickstream Data: When you access our Website, a small file called a “Cookie” is placed on your hard drive. Each time you visit Supercreative website or tools, we will use Cookies to authenticate your identity, collect the data generated in connection with your clickstream activity on the Website (“Clickstream Data”) and to personalize your user experience on the website amd tools, including by serving and managing listed features based on your activity. The information obtained in this manner enables CCIFI to customize services we offer our Members, to deliver targeted contents and to measure the effectiveness of our on-line advertising and marketing activities.

Third-Party Clickstream Data: When you purchase a membership or make a payment to Supercreative, you are transferred to the website of our third-party payment agent. As noted above, this policy does not apply to third-party websites. You should read the privacy policy associated with the third-party payment agent’s website to understand what information about you it collects and how such information is used.

Children and Privacy

The Website is not directed at children, and it is not intended that we collect personally identifiable information from children (particularly children under the age of eighteen). If you are a parent or guardian of a child who you know to have provided to us personally identifiable information, we ask that you contact us at help@instaprice.app and request that such information be deleted. This site is not intended for the use of anyone under the age of eighteen or legally able to work.

Access and Updating of Information for members

As Member of Supercreative, the instructions to review, amend, or delete your information may be found in the edit profile area on our website and/or tools.

Then you may change information at any time and as often as necessary. Users who are experiencing problems with our services or who have questions about how our services work can contact us by sending an email to help@instaprice.app. We will respond to any requests for access to personal information within 30 days.

Links to other websites and social networks: the Supercreative website and tools may contain links to websites of our partners. Please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we are not responsible for the use made by these websites of the information collected when you click on these links. We invite you to read the privacy policies of these websites before transmitting your personal data.

It is the responsibility of the user to take the necessary precautions to ensure the absence of viruses on the site visited.

Your Rights and Freedoms

You have the following rights regarding your Personal Information, which you can exercise by writing to us at the postal address mentioned in point 1 and to help@instaprice.app

have the right to access certain personal information we maintain about you and obtain a copy of that information,
update or correct inaccuracies in that information,
object to our use of your personal information,
block or delete your personal information from our database,
object to processing of your personal information,
ask us to restrict processing of your personal information,
or request portability of your personal information.

Right of access and communication of data: You have the faculty to access the Personal Information that concerns you.

However, due to the obligation of security and confidentiality in the process of personal data which is the responsibility of Supercreative, you are informed that your application will be processed, provided that you provide proof of your identity including the production of a scan of your valid ID (if requested by our dedicated electronic form) or a signed photocopy of your valid ID (in case of written request).

Supercreative informs you that it will be entitled, if necessary, to oppose manifestly unfair requests (by their number, their repetitive or systematic nature).

Right to rectify data: Under this right, the law allows you to request the rectification, updating, locking or deletion of data concerning you that may be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or obsolete.

Also, you can set general and specific guidelines regarding the fate of personal data after your death. In this case, the heirs of a deceased person may demand to consider the death of their loved one and / or to make the necessary updates.

Right to be forgotten: At any time, you may require that we delete your personal data. Your request will be processed as soon as possible and your data will be deleted if their processing is not necessary in the following cases :

To comply with a legal obligation that requires the treatment provided for by Union law or by the law of the Member State to which the controller is subject, or to perform a public interest mission or exercise of the public authority in charge of the controller;

When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) this information is either encrypted (SSL) or requested by third-party payment processing providers (Stripe) which have their own Privacy Policies. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While Supercreative strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. International Transfer: Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside EU and choose to provide information to Supercreative, please note that we may transfer the information, including Personal Information, to servers within the EU and process it there.
