The new version is freemium: new users can get access to the templates. If you are a current paid user (or lifetime), you get access to all the new features instantly, at no extra cost. We can’t wait to help you earn more, faster.

⭐️ Talents: When you save a service to your library, others will now be able to see your profile to contact and hire you. This feature is reserved to paid users, and you will be able to opt-in / opt-out this week. We're still trying it out, and gathering feedback if you have any!

🌎 Better worldwide prices: I spoke to dozens of instaprice users across the world in the last 2 weeks. And we've radically improved how prices get calculated for every country! If you're in India 🇮🇳 or China 🇨🇳 you should see a notable difference now.

You’ve been waiting for it and here it is: we just launched a faster, better, stronger version of instaprice.

🤝 Follow-up with clients: Once you create a quote, you can now send it to your client in a click. If the quote is expired, you can follow-up through instaprice.

👀 Improved Quote Tracking: save client infos, and retrieve previous quotes to create new ones in seconds. All through the new quotes history!

🧾 More professional quote links: the new quote links are more clean and straightforward. This is the easiest way to get the green light from a client. Quote PDFs also got an upgrade with a more consistent design.

🌘 Updated Theme: our dark theme got a little lighter, with more text contrasts. This should make instaprice easier to use in brighter environments.

📱 Compact mobile version: to use instaprice on the go, we maximized the available space to display the most relevant data.

❤️ More tiny details: animated price increases, streamlined fonts, and dozens of small cute details to uncover…

Based on all the learnings we have from the launch, we've learned one thing: instaprice helps freelancers charge more!

Whenever you add a service to your quote, we'll now suggest a complementary service you can charge for. This works for template services, as well as your own library services: just include your services inside projects, and they will start being suggested.

At last! You can now create projects to create quotes super quickly!

We've also collapsed all the services inside projects to make instaprice load faster, and it's easier to read too.

Share your quotes as links directly to your clients. They can accept or decline your quotes directly from there, and you’ll be notified when they do!

You can now also name your quotes and provide more client details on your quotes as you need.

Knowing how much to charge for your work is difficult. With instaprice, you know what others are charging, and you can build a quote based on these averages.

One small step for you, one giant leap for instaprice.

Instaprice now lets you change your location and currency to your own:

You can now choose from over 50 currencies 💶 and 180 countries 🌎

When you change the currency from dollar to your own, we apply the current conversion rate. Same thing with location: we apply the rates standard to your country.

This means anyone in the world can now use instaprice!

Instaprice now supports PDF exports. When you're done customizing your quote, you can export it in a nice PDF like the one below

Based on the feedback of our first 10 users, we've implemented the following features:

📍 Apply a fixed daily rate to calculate the total price

💻 Add your own services: they will be private to you and re-usable in your next quotes

✨ Improved aesthetic: setting buttons now take less space, and projects and services are in different tabs

We're launching Instaprice today to help freelancers know how much to charge for their projects.
The calculator is made of a public library of over 1000 services freelancers can choose from, the customize with fine-tune options.

Once the quote is finished, it can be exported as .CSV to easily add it to your quote template.
